Besides training their minds, it is essential to keep our students physically fit.
Every class has 2 lessons of Yoga & PT in a week. A trained yoga teacher takes their class,
in the large Mandal hall or in the upstairs hall of our Pre-Primary section. 

Standing, sitting, and lying down poses in both PT and Yoga are shown and the students, being young and flexible, do an excellent job of following the instructions. Indoor yoga is also popular. Children sit erect in their chairs, and the teacher shows them several exercises, for hands, neck, eyes etc. It is a relaxing and refreshing routine. It makes the children's body supple and flexible.
